Ossimba Beach Lodge has 7 “floating” water villas on the eastern side of the lodge, facing the morning sunrise, each as private as the next one and each with its own private tidal pool.
Named by the Governor of Nampula province… “The floating water chalets” of Ossimba Beach Lodge are a totally unique experience allowing one to enjoy a peaceful solitude with a surreal feeling of actually being on the ocean. Spend time in your own tidal pool with a glass of wine whilst cooling down in front of an amazing Seaview or simply just relax on your own deck whilst listening to the sound of the ocean.
The interior of the “floating houses” gives one such a feeling of luxurious peace.
Falling asleep to the soothing sounds of the sea and the lapping of waves against the shore is an in-describable feeling.
These villas are simply too special to find an adequate word for and being there for the morning sunrise and afternoon sunset is something that will remain in the memory banks forever.
The villas are spacious and fitted out with king size beds which can be enclosed with a mosquito net, 2 x single beds (optional). En-suite bathrooms fitted with double basins, shower, and toilets.
